The Breakfast Group
Established in 1976, The Breakfast Group (BG) is the oldest (non-fraternity) all male African American organization in the Northwest United States. The membership with its combined expertise, professional experience, political capital, and range of practice incorporates combined experience to mentor students, which is essential to its unique value proposition.
The vision of the Breakfast Group is to work directly with the community’s highest risk young men and women. The aim of the instruction is to create civic minded, responsible, and community oriented young men and women. We are an intentional program where all children, youth, and families have equitable access and consistent opportunities to high-quality educational services, support, and outcomes.
