Partners in Education Reform

Partners for Education Reform and Student Success (PERSS) shall provide Trauma-Informed and Restorative Practices in the school environment program services. (PERSS) role involves organizing key activities in two elementary schools, and one middle school in the Seattle district. Provide leadership to address racism, equity, showcasing student presentation, and preparing elementary to middle school transition procedures.

Direct services include assessments of program changes, professional development, healthy lifestyle (proper nutrition), developing strategic partnerships, and supporting educators and its community in creating a positive school climate.
