LEADs
Community-based organizations (CBO's) that provide programming and educational and experiential learning to Black and Brown Scholars in King County.

SMEs (Subject Matter Experts)
Community-based professionals provide specialized educational courses and training for scholars (students) and parents, as well as capacity-building services to programs in the Liberated Village.
