Unleash The Brilliance

Unleash The Brilliance proactively and creatively supports disadvantaged students by promoting
family engagement via a holistic approach that is sustainable. We believe that by supporting the family, instead of just the student, we gain more ground and create a centrifugal force to slow down racial injustice and systemic racism. We had one mission during the first year and that was to cultivate a kindred spirit with the right partners and resources. We have three years to perfect a system of transformative opportunities that would support our disadvantaged students from being slaughtered in the field of education.

We currently support two schools, Cascade Middle School and Hazelwood Elementary. The grades we support start from Kindergarten to 8th grade. Our two schools are located in Auburn and Renton. You will find that our major mission statement is to help parents and students survive the COVID-19 crisis by helping them to create a safe space at home for distance learning.
Thanks to the support of our TIRP Village and, Yolanda McGhee, Unleash The Brilliance has helped BIPOC families become the pilot of their own destiny.
